We picked up Ring Ting and she looks a lot better, colours don’t match 100% but much better and both bikes are running really well. We left the Verona area and headed for Switzerland crossing the Splugen Pass and this was really fantastic. Lots of snow at the top and the spaghetti road (will post the photos of the road). The border control getting into Switzerland was not manned and so it is a case of just driving into Switzerland, we were unsure if we could get into Switzerland but no problem. We encountered the first bit of rain in Europe about 10km from where we are camping, a small town called Andeer, this is also the first rain that we have seen in three months!
We ride to Aarau tomorrow, the town where Marius stays and will see him on Saturday. He is finishing exams and we are lucky that we are going to fit in seeing both Marius and Anna.
